OVERVIEW

The Annapurna Sanctury 14 days pleasant hiking brings you at the yard of spectacular Annapurna Region of Nepal Himalayas. Commencing from the lakes city of Pokhara, the adventurous trek covers the famous landmarks of Annapurna Region –cultural diversity of local people, tremendous Himalayan flora and fauna, hilltop view point, Himalayan river valley, and natural hot spring found in the mountain trail. In addition, the trek moving to its ultimate destination, Annapurna Sanctuary, passes through Machapuchare Base Camp and even crosses the base camp of the10th tallest peak in the world – Mount Annapurna(8,091m). The stunning vistas of Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri, Machapuchare, Himchuli and many other mountain giants give company to your dream trek throughout the trails.


ITINERARY
Day 1
1 Hours

Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m)
On arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our airport representative. After the completion of immigration formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel. Depending on your choice, you can either visit our office site where you can meet your trekking guide or stroll around the streets of Thamel - a tourist hub in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.


Day 2
6 Hours

Kathmandu - Pokhara (8,23m): 5 - 6 hrs bus drive
The bus journey lands you in Pokhara at noon passing through the hilly countryside of Nepal. The journey to Pokhara will be accompanied by various sights of greeneries, rivers, villages, farms and beautiful mountain sceneries. Pokhara, the city of lakes, is not only a naturally wonderful place for international visitors; it also bewilders domestic tourists as well.Thus, apart from enjoying magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, and Annapurna rangeyou can stroll around the geographical wonders Pokhara. In the evening you dine at Fewa lakeside - one the most beautiful lakes in Nepal. Overnight in Pokhara. (B)

Day 3
7 Hours

Pokhara - Nayapul - Ulleri (2,050m): 6 - 7 hrs
This section of the trip at first makes a short drive towards Nayapul from where the real adventure trek commences. Secondly, around 6 hours of trek throughout the day brings you at Ulleri. The trail of the day at some sections passes through sub tropical valley forests, and becomes quite steep at times. Eventually, the trail prior to reaching at Ulleri even passes through Modi Khola and Tikhedhunga village. Overnight at Ulleri. (B)


Day 4
5 Hours

Ulleri - Ghorepani (2,750m):  4 - 5 hrs
Around 5 hours of journey of this segment of the trip gets you to Ghorepani. Ghorepani, a small village used to be an important campsite for traders before it became a trekker's junction, is an interesting place with small shops full of local products and crafts. Overnight at Ghorepani.


Day 5
6 Hours

Ghorepani - Poon Hill - Tadapani (2,700m): 5 - 6 hrs
This section of the trip starts very early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan ranges from the top of Poon Hill - a world famous view point in the Annapurna region which is also well known as a photographer`s paradise. The summit of Poon Hill rewards you with spectacular views of Machhapuchre, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and the Annapurnas. Next section of the journey moves toward Tadapani passing through rhododendron forest, and spectacular waterfalls along the way. Overnight at Tadapani


Day 6
6 Hours

Tadapani -Chhomrong (2,170m): 5 - 6 hrs
The trail today will be full of ups and down. The trail before coming over to the Kimrong Khola at first goes through a dense and dark forest, in the second placepasses through the west bank of the Modi Khola and in the third place makes a steep descend to reach Chuile village. From the Chuile village the route makes a steep ascent till to Chhomrong - a beautiful village on the lap of Annapurna. The journey will be accompanied by the beautiful views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South. Overnight in Chhomrong


Day 7
5 Hours

Chhomrong - Dovan (2,580m): 5 hrs
This part the trek is full of ups and down and also goes through stone staircase. The trail passes through Modi Khola, Sinuwa Danda, Khuldighar encountering thick rhododendron and deep bamboo forests till to get Dovan. Overnight at Dovan


Day 8
4 Hours

Doban - Deurali (3,230m): 3 - 4 hrs
This section of the journey will be very much gentle walk in the close company of thick bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests at the one hand and on the other side the trail passes through nature’s perfect solitary places offering you the chances of capturing a variety of wildlife species such as wild pigs, deer, and many more. The absolute nature trail or nature walk before leading you at Deurali gives an opportunity to climb Hinko Cave. Overnight at Deurali.


Day 9
5 Hours

Deurali -Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m) - Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m): 5 hrs
It will be your one of the biggest days in the Annapurna Region despite you are passing through the avalanche prone trail. This section of the short trail eventually leads you to your final dream destination of Nepal adventure that is Annapurna Base Camp which is also recognized as the Annapurna Sanctuary. The base camp of Annapurna or Annapurna Sanctuary offers you the 360-degree grandest panorama of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and many other peaks. The experience to be at base camp of the 10th tallest peak of the world will be inexpressible and beyond the language human beings. Besides, the base camp is believed to have presence of the Hindu goddesses - Annapurna and Gangapurna hence the area is taken as sacred place. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp.


Day 10
6 Hours

Annapurna Base Camp - Bamboo (2,310m): 5 - 6 hrs
It is time to descend down and hence do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the tremendous sunrise view over the Himalayas in the morning. The descend trail to Bamboo passes through Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali and Dovan. While in the trail you again enjoy the company of waterfalls, forests, and mesmerizing mountain vistas. Overnight at Bamboo.


Day 11
5 Hours

Bamboo - Jhinu Dada (1,760m): 5 hrs
Today’s journey again follows ascending and descending trails while moving forth towards Jhinu Dada. The trail at first reaches to Kuldi Ghar then to Sinuwaand eventually crosses Lower and Upper Chhomrong before getting to Jhinu Danda - a hill famous for greeting with hot springs. Enjoy the taste of relax bath in the natural hot spring of Jhinu Dada. Overnight at Jhinu Dada.


Day 12
7 Hours

Jhinu Dada - Nayapul - Pokhara: 6 - 7 hrs
While descending down the trail crosses Kyumi village,Syauli Bazaar and Birethantito reach at Nayapul - the starting point of trekking section of this trip. From Nayapul, you will be connected with Pokharain an hour’s drive. Next, you again make a short excursion around the famous cultural and natural landmarks of Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.


Day 13
6 Hours

Pokhara to Kathmandu: 5 - 6 hrs drive
This will be another interesting tourist bus journey in which you can enjoy scenic greeneries, rivers, villages, farms, and mountain views. The scenic drive eventually lands you in Kathmandu. In Kathmandu you will be taken to your hotel where you can take rest or may stroll around the streets of Thamel for souvenir shopping or may explore around popular tourist attractions nearby Thamel.  In the evening, you will have a celebration dinner with your team. Day 14
6 Hours

Departure from Nepal
The 14 days Annapurna Sanctuary Trek comes to an end today. Before 3 hours of scheduled flight, our representatives will take you to airport. On your way to home, we hope, you will have plenty of time to plan your next adventure trip in the Himalayas. Or you can extend your Nepal stay for few more days. (B)

    • The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
    • The cancellation fees excluding insurance are expressed hereafter:
      • 60 days or more before departure      : Loss of deposit
      • 59-21 days before departure               : 50% of cost of services booked
      • Less than 21 days before departure  : 100% of cost of services booked

    Your refund request will be answered and processed as soon as possible. If you do not receive the reply within 24 hours, please call the office immediately. Payment will be done via any means preferred by you.
